Full-Stack Drupal Developer

For the Digital Team at All Colors of Communication, we are looking for an enthusiastic Full-Stack Drupal Developer. You will play a crucial role within our team of 8 digital experts, where you will actively contribute to developing new features while also providing support and optimization for existing projects. You will join a dynamic and supportive environment that allows you to continuously grow and directly contribute to the success of both the team and the organization.

What we expect

Drupal development: Build advanced Drupal websites and applications, following best practices with a focus on security and scalability.
Module and integration development: Implement complex Drupal functionalities, including custom module development and integrations with external services.
Front-end implementation: Develop dynamic and responsive front-ends using modern tooling (Vite, Gulp, Tailwind, Bootstrap).
Support & maintenance: Analyze and quickly resolve technical questions, bugs, and improvement requests from existing clients.
Optimization: Proactively optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and colleagues across disciplines to efficiently address client needs.

Your profile

Technical skills

Extensive experience with Drupal, including custom module and theme development.
In-depth knowledge of the Drupal API and architecture.
Strong PHP and MySQL skills, with a focus on clean and efficient code.
Excellent command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end tooling such as Gulp and Vite.
Proficient with Git and version control.
Experience with Docker and DDEV for local development environments.
Affinity with marketing optimizations in the Drupal ecosystem (GTM, data layer, Mailchimp) is a plus.

Experience & language

Several years of relevant work experience as a Drupal Developer (minimum mid-level).
Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
