TrendbaHRometer highlights the thought leadership of GeneHRations

GeneHRations was founded in 2019 and presents itself as a network of entrepreneurs focused on HR technology. In this sector as well, digitalisation is going at a dizzying speed. Unknown is unloved, and in order to increase brand awareness and visibility, they looked to PR.

Without realising it, these entrepreneurs were sitting on a heap of interesting information and valuable knowledge. Because they have one foot in technology on a daily basis, and the other foot in HR, they are perfectly aware of what is going on, what the needs are and what changes are coming. We wanted to implement thought leadership in a way that would resonate immediately.

All HR trends in one book

In the PR plan, we suggested to launch a proper annual magazine where the main trends for the coming year could be highlighted by both the companies in the network and by partners and specialists in the sector. All Colors of Communication took charge of the entire production from A to Z. The work was done in house by the various teams, from the initial concept over interviews and texts and up to the final layout.

The result is the TrendbaHRometer, a stylish magazine with glued back. The launch took place at the HR Innovation & Tech Day 2020. All journalists received a copy, which generated a number of interviews afterwards.

Worth repeating

In the first edition of the TrendbaHRometer, the Federgon CEO and specialists at SD Worx took the floor.

After the success of the previous year, it was a no-brainer for geneHRations to produce a second edition in 2021. The TrendbaHRometer will thus offer an annual overview of the main trends, and allows various tech companies and start-ups from the cluster to show their thought leadership skills. This year, the chief executives of Salesforce (Carmina Coenen), Randstad (Günther Ghijsels) and Sirris (Omar Mohout), among others, shared their vision on the state of affairs in their field.

For the 2021 edition, in light of the impact of COVID-19, we opted to make only a digital edition. It is indeed a bit more sizeable and ultimately consisted of 44 pages.
