Attentia
InspiHRation Day

Reculer pour mieux sauter. Taking a step back in order to be able to move forward even more successfully. That is why HR & Well-being specialist Attentia contacted us in 2019 to organize a new annual event for HR experts and prevention advisors. An inspiring afternoon, which inspired participants to carry on enthusiastically the following day and which highlighted the various services offered by Attentia to clients and prospects. We supported Attentia from A to Z in their very first InspiHRation Day: concept, venue, programme, setting, activations, speaker and of course the communication, in print and online. The KPIs are obvious:

  1. An inspiring day with topics linked to what Attentia has to offer
  2. Interactive activations in which the sales staff could chat with the attendees
  3. 300 HR professionals, both clients and prospects, French-speaking and Dutch-speaking, were present

KPI 1: inspiration

The ‘place to be’ is the Arsenaal in Brussels, a lovely hall that we split in two for the occasion: an inspiring area (where the talks took place) and an activating area (where Attentia’s offer was set out in an interactive form). Inspiration came not only from the lovely venue and the programme, but also from the carefully selected speakers: Fons Leroy (ex-VDAB), Mieke De Ketelaere (imec), Thomas Van Eeckhout (EASI) and Rik Vera (nexxworks). Each one spoke in his or her mother tongue, and simultaneous interpretation was provided, which we think is a really nice touch.

KPI 2: sales

After inspiration, it was time foractivation. Over a bite to eat and a drink, participants experienced hands-on what Attentia can do for their organization. No dry sales talk, but 4 interactive hubs focused on Attentia’s core values that can give sales a chance to introduce themselves:

  1. An interactive catapult with statements about remuneration.
  2. VR experience, with an emphasis on digitalization.
  3. Customized stress wall, on the topic of resilience.
  4. Photo booth that puts you on the cover of the Attentia magazine.

KPI 3: attendees

All channels were used to give clients and prospects the chance to register: printed invitation, email, LinkedIn InMail, Google and Facebook advertising and paid media. This KPI was also achieved.
